- The investment fee is £2995 or two payments of £1500 (additional payment plans available)
We are 100% confident in our ability to support our clients to improve their wellbeing and move towards their goals. Due to the nature of coaching and the fact that success is dependent on a number of factors over which we have no control (client engagement, motivation, action taking), we are not able to guarantee any particular results - in fact it would be quite unethical to do so!
- As a highly regarded, experienced Senior Psychologist Dr Frances offers a unique coaching experience, underpinned by a depth of psychological knowledge, training, and professional skills to support inner work and real transformation
If you can no longer attend our planned day we will always try to reschedule. Clients also have peace of mind with an option to request early termination of the contract and receive a monetary refund in accordance with the termination terms outlined in the coaching contract
- You can be assured you are receiving first-class insight and support as Dr. Frances is a Chartered Psychologist with The British Psychological Society (this is the highest professional standard you can reach) and a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council, meaning that she is a regulated professional, bound by strict professional practice guidelines and standards of ethics and care.

- I will support you to begin / continue a powerful journey of self development so you can understand what your real needs are, where they come from and how you can best support yourself, whether you currently feel like you surviving in a hurricane or are seeking purpose and contentment.
Frequently Asked Questions
You will have the option to choose a strategy day either in a city centre or countryside location. City Centre days will take place at a venue in Manchester City Centre. Countryside days will take place at a venue in the Peak District or East Cheshire (within a 1.5 hour radius of Manchester) The exact venue will be confirmed once we have an agreed date for the day and a venue booking is secure.
We will meet at our venue and have a welcome cuppa while you are taken through the exact plan for the day.
No two days are the same as each experience is tailored to the needs of each indivdual client.
You will be supported with thought-provoking coaching conversations, time to think and reflect and more hands on activities. Options for 'walk and talk' coaching can be interweaved in the day for those who wish. You will leave with your own personalised action plan so you know exactly what you need to do to implement and sustain the changes you wish to make.
If you would like to stay nearby the night before / after your strategy day, please make your own arrangements for accommodation
Your pre-day call will take place at least 7 days before your strategy day.
You can book your follow up call anytime up to 6 weeks after your strategy day
Calls will be online using zoom. You will be invited to book suitable dates and times as part of your onboarding process.
We do understand that sometimes life happens and planned days are unable to go ahead. In such circumstances we will always do our best to move your day to another agreed date. A cancellation fee may be applicable depending on how much notice you are able to provide. Full terms and details are outlined in your coaching contract which you are able to fully review before making any financial commitment.
Absolutely! We're here to support your ongoing journey to wellbeing and fulfillment. After your CEO experience, you have two options for continued accountability and growth:
1:1 Coaching with Dr. Frances: Elevate your transformation by becoming a 1:1 coaching client, where you'll receive Dr. Frances' unwavering support for 6 - 12 months. Please note, limited spaces are available, a waitlist will operate once full.
